CCTV-4 America

CCTV-4 America is the North American edition of CCTV-4, China Central Television's international channel for overseas Chinese audiences. The schedule mixes news, current affairs, documentaries and cultural programming in Chinese, together with some English-language content, timed for American viewing hours. The parent channel was created to serve Chinese-speaking communities abroad, and the regional edition adapts that line-up for the Americas; the index lists an SD feed alongside local carriage in New York. The service is owned by China Central Television. Official schedules and authorised viewing information are published on the channel's page at tv.cctv.com.
