Anhui Satellite TV

Anhui Satellite TV is the flagship channel of Anhui Television, the provincial broadcaster in eastern China. It offers a general schedule of drama series, variety shows, news and cultural programming to a national audience via satellite, and is particularly known for its drama premieres and long-running variety strands. Programming is in Chinese and the index lists an SD feed for the domestic market. Among China's provincial satellite channels it has historically ranked as one of the more competitive services, investing heavily in acquired drama and entertainment formats. The broadcaster's official site, ahtv.cn, publishes schedules and is the authoritative source for authorised viewing options.
