BRTV Kaku Childrens Channel

BRTV Kaku Children's Channel is the children's service of Beijing Radio and Television Station, launched in September 2004. Its schedule combines domestic and international animation, children's variety and educational programming for young viewers. Kaku is one of the few children's channels in China with satellite distribution beyond its home city, giving it a national audience, and it has grown into a broader children's brand with spin-off productions and events. Programming is in Chinese and the index lists an SD feed for the domestic market. The broadcaster's official site, brtn.cn, publishes channel and schedule information and is the authoritative source for authorised viewing.
