The Nest

The Nest is a lifestyle channel from Sinclair Broadcast Group, launched in October 2023 in the slot previously occupied by the Stadium sports network. Its schedule repurposes popular off-network lifestyle programming: home renovation and design, food and cooking, family and relationship shows — comfort viewing assembled from proven library content. The rebrand was part of Sinclair's strategy of building themed free-to-air networks with broad, advertiser-friendly appeal. The Nest is carried as a digital subchannel of stations across the United States. Its official website, watchthenest.com, publishes the schedule and local listings.
