PBS North Carolina

PBS North Carolina is the statewide public television service for North Carolina, operated by the University of North Carolina system and known to generations of viewers as UNC-TV before taking its current name. Its schedule combines the national PBS lineup with substantial local production: programmes about the state's history, culture, outdoors and public affairs, plus educational services supporting schools across all one hundred counties. The network's twelve-station footprint makes it one of the largest state public broadcasting operations in the country. Its official website, pbsnc.org, publishes schedules and authorised streaming information.
