MBC 2

MBC 2 is a television channel based in United Arab Emirates, with programming centred on movies content. The channel transmits in standard-definition 576i. Ownership rests with MBC Group. It began broadcasting in January 2003. The channel broadcasts in Arabic and English. The channel targets audiences in ARAB and MAGHREB, so its schedule is shaped for more than one territory. Channels in the movies category usually focus on feature films alongside movie-themed specials and retrospectives, and MBC 2 follows that pattern. The channel maintains an official website where it publishes schedules and authorised ways to watch; the link is provided in this listing.
