Cinemax

Cinemax is the veteran movie channel of the Warner Bros. Discovery family, launched in August 1980 as HBO's sister service and long known by its positioning as the movie lover's second box. Its schedule runs feature films around the clock with an emphasis on action, thriller and genre titles, complemented in recent years by original action series such as Banshee, Strike Back and Warrior that earned the channel a distinct identity. Cinemax operates multiple themed multiplex feeds and is distributed through cable, satellite and streaming bundles. Its official website, cinemax.tv, publishes schedules and authorised viewing information.
