Cartoon Network

Cartoon Network is the channel that made animation a cable mainstay, launched by Turner in October 1992 and now part of Warner Bros. Discovery. Built initially on the vast Hanna-Barbera and Warner cartoon libraries, it became a creative force in its own right through original series — Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, Adventure Time and The Amazing World of Gumball among them — that defined animation for successive generations of kids.
