Belarus-1

Belarus-1 is a television channel from Belarus, broadcasting in Russian and Belarusian. Ownership rests with National State Television and Radio Company of the Republic of Belarus. Channels in the general category usually focus on a mixed schedule of series, films, news and light entertainment, and Belarus-1 follows that pattern. The service targets a domestic audience rather than an international one. Its feed is carried in standard-definition 576i. The channel first went on air in January 1956. For programme schedules and official viewing options, the channel's own website (linked here) is the authoritative source. TVChannel.world indexes this channel as part of a worldwide directory of television services, organised by country, category and language.
