AWSN

AWSN, the All Women's Sports Network, is a channel dedicated entirely to women's sport, giving female athletes the television exposure their male counterparts take for granted. Its schedule features live women's sports events across leagues and disciplines, highlights and analysis shows, documentaries about women's athletics and coverage of the competitions that mainstream sports networks chronically under-serve. The channel rides the surge of interest in women's sport, distributing through free and pay platforms to reach the growing audience. AWSN's official website, awsn.tv, publishes the event schedule and viewing information. The launch reflects the rapid growth in audiences for women's professional leagues.
