2GB

2GB is a television channel from Australia specialising in news programming. Channels in the news category usually focus on news bulletins, current-affairs discussion and rolling coverage of major events, and 2GB follows that pattern. Its feed is carried in standard-definition 576i. Programming is presented in English. It began broadcasting in August 1926. The service targets a domestic audience rather than an international one. For programme schedules and official viewing options, the channel's own website (linked here) is the authoritative source. TVChannel.world indexes this channel as part of a worldwide directory of television services, organised by country, category and language. This listing is compiled from public broadcaster data and community-maintained records, and is refreshed as those sources change.
